The Mutual Aid Committee will be hosting a planning meeting for the new “Free Store” project that has been taken up by members of the Committee.

A regularly occurring free store will distribute basic needs of survival to people in need at no cost, while also providing an opportunity to distribute information about public services, public health, and how to maintain the resources we distribute. While providing material benefits to underserved populations, this project also serves as a tool for education, recruitment, and community organization.

At this meeting we will be discussing: location scouting, costs, donation acquisition, and pol-ed.
