From national to local: On August 16, let's reach out to local voters who supported Bernie Sanders last year and make sure they know about the Ulster County Legislature race!

Start: Wednesday, August 16, 2017 6:00 PM

End: Wednesday, August 16, 2017 8:00 PM

Our County Legislature makes decisions that affect our daily lives— on infrastructure, policing, public health, our environment, the economy, and human rights.

Ulster People for Justice & Democracy is proud to endorse 13 candidates for Ulster County Legislature who, if elected, will shift the balance of power and make real change possible:

  • A thriving and inclusive local economy that supports all our residents, not just the few,

  • Protection of the rights and well-being of the most vulnerable among us, and

  • A healthy, sustainable environment for now and generations to come.

Join Ulster People for a fun phone-banking event to call local voters who supported Bernie Sanders in last year’s Presidential Primary, and let them know about these amazing candidates for Ulster County Legislature (UCL)!

RSVP REQUIRED! Bring a cell phone and pen and please park on an adjacent street, not on W Pierpont Street. There will be snacks!
