This September 20th, millions of people around the world will walk out of our schools, workplaces, and homes to join youth climate strikers on the streets and demand an end to the age of fossil fuels, corporate pollution, and environmental destruction.

This event will begin on Voorhees Mall behind Scott Hall at Rutgers University, followed by a march to Congressman Frank Pallone's New Brunswick office.

Our house is on fire — let’s act like it.

We are demanding that Rutgers:
?Develop a climate action plan immediately
?Commit to net-zero carbon emissions by 2030
?Divest from fossil fuels by 2024
?Establish an Office of Sustainability by the end of 2020

We also demand that Congressman Frank Pallone:
?Hold a fair hearing on the means of implementing a strong Green New Deal.
?Support a strong Green New Deal
?Return campaign contributions from fossil fuel industries.

Stay tuned for a full schedule! Speakers + Rally + Music
