Green Light for Climate Justice! A Multi-Faith Service of Celebration and Resolve

Start: Saturday, April 26, 202506:30 PM

Join us for a powerful multi-faith service marking the launch of a bold new chapter in the fight for climate justice. As we prepare for Sun Day, a nationwide climate mobilization on September 20–21, this service will light the way forward with spirit, song, and solidarity. The service will culminate with the lighting of a green lantern in Old North's historic spire - an image that will resonate across the nation.

Speakers will include visionary leaders including Bill McKibben, Rev. Lennox Yearwood, Rabbi Shoshana Friedman, Diana Butler Bass and Grammy-nominated vocalist Antonique Smith. Together, we’ll celebrate our shared commitment to creation, renew our resolve, and learn how local faith communities can give their green light to taking action in the lead-up to September.

All are welcome to be part of this historic moment of hope, faith, and action.
