Histon & Impington: Action Day, Saturday 22nd March
Start: Saturday, March 22, 2025•10:00 AM
End: Saturday, March 22, 2025• 4:00 PM
Come and join us on Saturday 22nd March 2025 to turbo-charge our Histon Campaign for the County Council election! It's going to be a close race between our Green candidate Kathryn Fisher and the LibDems' incumbent councillor. We need your help to keep telling more and more voters on the doorstep that Greens Can Win here, and to get our fabulous leaflets delivered.
Morning session from 10am until 12.30pm; Afternoon session 2pm to 4pm.
✅ Our Event base for this Action Day will be Saint Andrew's Centre, on School Hill, Histon: really handy for the local bus stop, and also with plenty of bike racks nearby.
✅ Vegetarian Buffet lunch provided, plus the inevitable cake, plenty of action for you to help with, and as ever a chance to get together with other local activists.
✅ Leafleting or Door-knocking, to suit your preference - those new to door-knocking always welcome, and will be paired with an experienced person.
✅ Join for the Morning, the Afternoon, or both!
Please note that our base will be an upstairs room at the venue, and there is no lift. If anyone wanting to come is unable to handle the stairs, please make the organiser aware, so that we can arrange for someone to meet you downstairs.
