The HOPE Executive Board invites all City of Houston Employees to a Virtual General Membership Meeting via Zoom on Tuesday, February 2nd at 6:00 pm CST.

Over the last 15 years, HOPE Members have worked together to win improvements in Compensation, Benefits, Policies, and Procedures.

The 2018 Meet and Confer Agreement will expire in June, which means City Employees will have the opportunity to negotiate a new one that addresses our top concerns for the next few years.

The HOPE Constitution and Bylaws call for Members to elect the Negotiating Team that will be at the table pushing for our top priorities, and every member of HOPE gets a say in that process.

The Agenda calls for a thorough description of the Negotiating Team Election Process for City Employees so that everyone can participate.
