How We Fight for Change & Win - Two-Part Series

  • Part 1 - Organizing Your Community: Saturday, February 22nd, 10am-3pm
  • Part 2 - Building People-Powered Campaigns: Saturday, March 15th, 10am-3pm

Part 1 - Organizing Your Community:

Saturday, February 22nd, 10am-3pm, Lunch Included

Ready to turn anger into action? Join us for a free skills workshop to learn the basics of how to organize your community to build people power and win the changes we need! Despite challenging times, we have power as organizers to build community connection, find alignment on the issues that matter, and take action together. This first session in a two-part series will introduce the core principles of grassroots organizing, explore the power of social movements, and equip you with practical tools to empower yourself and your community to create lasting impact. This training will benefit those already involved in a campaign to take it to the next level and be a good foundation for those newer to the work.

We’re excited to host this training and need a minimum number of participants to make it impactful. Please RSVP by February 17 to confirm your spot—thank you for your support!

Part 2 - Building People-Powered Campaigns:

Saturday, March 15th, 10am-3pm, Lunch Included

Come join us to learn how to plan a community-led grassroots campaign for change on the issues that matter! In this second session of the series, we will dive deeper into the work of identifying an issue with your community, analyzing the power you have to influence it, and building an impactful strategy that will allow you to win.

Note: This is a two-part training, and we highly encourage participation for the entire time. If you are not able to make any part of the two-day training, please indicate that in your registration form.
