On Thursday Jan. 20, (from noon - 1) William Smith and Bill Waters from East Bay Citizens 4 Peace will be out in front of Raytheon at 1847 West Main Road in Portsmouth, RI with William's large banner promoting to the public the 2021 U.N. Treaty to Prohibit Nuclear Weapons (TPNW), as part of a monthly public banner displays around the State of RI. All are welcome to join.
