World BEYOND War invites you to this online info session to learn about The Peace Flag Project, a global peace art project conceived and organized by WBW California chapter member Runa Ray. We'll introduce the project and talk about how World BEYOND War members around the world can participate.

The Peace Flag Project, in association with World BEYOND War and Peace-Activism.org, works with the Sustainable Development Goal 16 - Peace, Justice and Strong institutions. The first installment of the project was put on exhibit at City Hall in Half Moon Bay, California. Canvases collected from countries around the world will join the main flag, to be displayed annually at the United Nations, on the International Day of Peace. The flag connects 193 countries. As the flag continues to grow, every artwork and contributor becomes a part of its history.
