This fall, Dallas County voters have a consequential ballot proposition, Dallas County Proposition Prop A, that proposes the raise an estimated $100 million annually that would be dedicated towards homelessness reduction. To learn more about what would happen if Prop A passes and about the current state of homelessness programs in Dallas County, we will hear from Sarah Kahn, the President and CEO of Housing Forward. Housing Forward is the lead agency coordinating homelessness response efforts across local governments and non-profits in Dallas County
