Pittsburgh DSA has launched a survey of our membership! Using this tool, we will collect data about our members to help us organize together more effectively, plan more accessible events, and identify the issues and types of actions that matter most to our members. We will use this opportunity to speak with each of our members about these topics, and to help our comrades get involved in work they find fulfilling.

Many of our members don’t have time or face other barriers that make it difficult to stay on top of the chapter’s work or learn about ways to get involved. At this Internal Organizing Member Phonebank, we'll start breaking down these barriers by talking with chapter members who have completed the survey. By bringing more comrades into the work we do, we will grow the chapter's capacity and increase our people power!

The phonebank will take place over zoom, and will begin with a training so volunteers feel comfortable making these calls. Participants should have a phone to make calls with and (ideally) a separate device to use for joining the zoom meeting. (It is possible to use your phone for calls and for zoom, but it makes things more complicated. If you don't have access to one or both of these items, let us know by emailing info@pghdsa.org). No phonebank experience or background knowledge is necessary, all are welcome!
