Join Mennonite Action's next mass call on Thursday July 18th. Join Mennonite Action from our peace march to Washington DC. We will explore the book of Mark, being on the way, and hear updates from the road as we set up for DC.

For 10 days, Mennonites and allies will be walking from Harrisonburg, VA to Washington DC. It is a way for this community to journey together literally and spiritually, as we prepare to speak a way of faith that is inclusive of all God’s beloveds, and as we call our elected officials to direct their energies and attention towards a ceasefire in Gaza.  

In Arabic, this type of journey is referred to as Sabeel. Sabeel means road, or way but it can also mean water or cistern. The road that we travel towards peace, healing and wholeness for all, can also provide us what we need on this journey.
