For our June 2021 meeting, we will have a conversation with Candidate Janani Ramachandran, a social justice lawyer, activist, and artist running for special election in State Assembly District 18 (Alameda and neighboring East Bay cities). Janani believes that housing and clean air are human rights.

We will also hear from Jes McBride about the Campaign for Fair Housing Elements, how fairer Housing Elements will support our values as Urban Environmentalists, and how you can help.
