Let's get on board for Transit Equity Day!

Join with transit riders, climate and environmental groups, homeless advocates, city supporters, BIPOC coalitions, and unions on February 3, the day before Rosa Park's birthday, to declare transit equity as a civil right. It is once again time to Educate. Agitate. Organize.

Come to Kennedy Plaza on February 3 to celebrate Kennedy Plaza’s historic role as a transportation and social center in the heart of Providence RI and to demand that the Plaza continue serve a transit function in the future for all of the city’s disparate communities even after the new Dorrance Street hub is completed.
