Do you ever find yourself thinking, AI THIS, AI THAT, AYE... I NEED A BREAK?????

Welcome to the (kudzu?!) club 🎯 you're not alone! AI is everywhere these days: it's in our search engines, our emails, our memes, our screens, but there's this near ubiquitous cultural impact to say absolutely nothing of its social and economic impact. This teach-in/workshop uses the cultural phenomenon of AI as a starting point to discuss its role as a tool and weapon of capitalism in accelerating and intensifying trends of alienation, extraction, and exploitation.
