This is the joint Labor Day Parade celebration with the Blair Bedford and Greater Johnstown Regional CLCs. The parade will start at 10:00 AM at the intersection of Green and 9th in Altoona, then after the parade, participants and guests will go to the CLC building at 302 E Wopsononock Ave for a picnic.
