The Southeast Missouri Central Labor Council will be holding their tenth annual Labor Picnic in North Cape County Park, 2400 County Park Dr, Cape Girardeau in Pavilions #4 and #5. The event will feature food, raffles, a silent auction, and tournaments for kids fishing, washers, and tug of war.
