What will we be doing?

Following a welcome speech and short Q&A with Deputy Leader Zack Polanski, we'll be focusing on door knocking across Lancaster South East to get Young Green Hamish Mills elected to Lancaster County Council. We know that those interactions with voters are so impactful and are key to getting Greens elected.

For those who are happy to door knock, detailed training will be provided at the start of each session, so don't worry if you're new to door knocking! You'll get the opportunity to practice before you head out, and we'll make sure you're paired with someone who's door knocked before so you can learn from them.

There will also be the option to deliver leaflets. Regular literature is another vital way to keep in touch with residents and make sure people are aware that Green Party campaigners and councillors are working hard all year round for them.

Finally, there will be the option to stuff and address envelopes.

Timings
Please try to arrive on time for either the morning session at 10:30am or the afternoon session at 1:30pm.

Lunch

A free vegan lunch will be provided for volunteers. We will be having lunch together 12:30-13:30.
