Learning Thursdays is back for December! This month we'll be looking at Leadership. Developing empowered leaders is fundamental to the Citizens UK method of community organising. Throughout this training series we aim to equip community leaders - both those that are new to community organising as well as those with more extensive experience - with the tools to develop a team and build a successful following.

For anyone who would like an introduction to leadership within community organising, please join us for our Learning for Leaders session, on 10th December 16:00-17:15.

Who is the “you” that you are investing in? This session as an opportunity to build your understanding of the Iron Rule of organising, giving people the space to develop and grow as a leader. We will consider how developing others is a good habit for leaders to nurture in themselves and think about how we can plan and make time for this important aspect of organising.
