We are an organization of residents and workers surveying hundreds of our neighbors across Miami about the changes we want to see in our city. Large development companies are proposing big changes to Miami and receiving millions of dollars from us taxpayers to construct their projects in our neighborhoods, so we want to make sure they are supporting the needs of our communities: living wages, affordable housing, environmental sustainability, and more.

We're hosting this Community Listening Session to ask our neighbors what would you most like to see funded and guaranteed by a developer who wants to construct in our community? We believe all residents and workers deserve to live and work in dignity. A better Miami is possible!
