Participants wearing hat/caps/scarves and long-sleeved tops of red, yellow and/or orange, of their own creation (creativity encouraged) will be directed to gradually form a human sun. These "photon" participants will then be directed to distribute their "energy" in every direction, handing out "Prescriptions for H.O.P.E." and packets of energy (butterscotch "sun" candies) to any and all residents and visitors on the nearby beaches, and in the park and downtown areas of Laguna Beach.

We will encourage and invite everyone to become a Doctor of the Earth, D.E., to support clean energy since climate health is essential for human health. Participants will then be encouraged to take advantage of the beauty of Laguna Beach and stay as long as desired. Combine creativity, activism and fun, in the sun and for the earth.
