March for Science - Manhattan, KS

Start: Saturday, April 14, 201812:00 PM

Science and technology are central parts to modern human life. Literacy in fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) are incredibly important to maintain a healthy, functioning society. Awareness of issues that the human race is facing, how science can fix these issues, and the adversaries that scientists face is a goal that we, as citizens of the world, should strive for. We are marching for all of this.

In 2017, more than one million people marched in more than 600 locations around the world to support and defend science for the common good. In 2018, we unite once more to advocate for science's crucial role in society and policy. We call on our representatives to support equitable evidence-based policies that serve all people.

Please RSVP at marchforscience.com/RSVP and let your representatives know you'll be joining us on April 14!

Thank you!
