Sign up to join the WGAE as we march to protect free speech at the 2025 NYC Labor Day Parade on Saturday, September 6 (rain or shine!).
- 9:00 a.m. ET: Meet-up begins on 44th Street between Madison Ave. & Vanderbilt
- 10:00 a.m. ET: The parade starts promptly at 10:00 a.m. and proceeds north on 5th Avenue to the Grandstand at 64th Street.
- After parade (details TBD): Post-parade member gathering near Grandstand (weather permitting).
Despite a litany of existential threats facing us as news and entertainment workers and as Guild members, we've seen too many companies, institutions and politicians—even those who claim to be progressive—fold to the anti-Democratic demands of the Trump administration.
It's clear that the only people who will protect workers are workers ourselves. That’s why, at this year’s NYC Labor Day Parade, we’re not only marching alongside our labor allies—we’re also raising our voices and taking to the streets to show that labor fights back when management caves.
