December Meeting of MDC DSA's Publications team!

At this end of year publications meeting, we want to think seriously about the structure of this working group, and formal roles and responsibilities divided up.

We'll be asking a few big questions about the structure of this working group:

• how we formally structure ourselves in a way that's accountable, democratic, inclusive, and - most importantly - sustainable
• what we want the WS, the Weekly Update, and the other digital utilities we've built up to actually be in the short, medium, and longterm
• how we protect and safeguard the properties we've built through our publications team.

Ideally, we will want to clarify the different "roles" that currently and should exist in publications going forward, with an eye towards filling those out now or in the future.

A meeting link will be provided closer to the beginning of the call, along with an agenda and supplemental materials to help clarify the publications production workflow.

Meeting will occur through Zoom.
