Trans rights have been under ever increasing attack from right wing forces who seek to deny our identifies, our rights and our dignity. In the last weeks, the emboldened fascist GOP attacked Sarah McBride, the first trans woman elected to federal office, and announced a federal bathroom bill. We must stand up and fight to defend trans freedom!

On December, 4th, the US Supreme Court will be hearing arguments in United States v. Skrmetti, the challenge to the Tennessee law banning gender affirming health care for trans kids. ACLU lawyer Chase Strangio will be arguing the case for the plaintiffs challenging the ban. Organizers have assembled a rally outside the Court.

Stand in solidarity with trans youth and their families against cruel and discriminatory health care bans and for our shared freedoms. As lawyers argue inside, we'll be outside showing that we are here, we will be heard, and we will demand our full rights as human beings!

We will be meeting as a group a short distance from the Court and walking over together and joining the rally in solidarity with our trans comrades to defend and demand our autonomy over our bodies and the right to live with dignity and respect.
