Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Practice

This is an 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction course that will enhance health and wellness with its focus on prevention and learning the "how" of taking good care of one's self and feeling a greater sense of balance in a frantic world. Developing and practicing the skills of mindfulness into everyday life helps reduce stress and anxiety and leads to a life of greater compassion, health, peace and well-being.

Participants will meet 2 hours per week for 8 weeks

Cost is $75 for members and $150 for non-member educators

  • March 3 (half day retreat)
  • March 5
  • March 12
  • March 19

Participants must attend all classes.
