At long last, San Jose City Council is poised to discuss how to legalize new missing middle housing options in neighborhoods across the city! Thanks to passing SB 9 this year, we know that duplexes will be legal in nearly all San Jose. We want to be sure that in implementing SB 9, the city:

1) ensures that all standards are feasible & easy to use for building new homes

2) adds additional incentives and/or other programs to promote greater levels of affordability
