Join us as our school community “Walks In” to support our school. A walk-in is a demonstration of support for a school led by staff with the positive message that we are here to provide a quality education for all students in our buildings and our city. All schools in the city should be provided with social workers, librarians, counselors and the supports needed to make all students successful. CTU members are organizing hundreds of walk-ins before school on Wednesday, February 17th as part of the AFT National Day of Action. As we fight for a fair contract and demand revenue for quality public schools, these walk-ins take on a huge significance to demonstrate parent-teacher unity.
