Now is the time to defend the sacred and fight against the oil and gas industry. Stand with Standing Rock and join in our efforts to stop the Dakota Access Pipeline. Join us on Tuesday, November 15 for a solidarity action and rally at the Army Corps of Engineers office at 701 San Marco Blvd. at 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM calling on them to revoke the permits for both of these pipelines.

Both pipelines are similar in the ways that the U.S. Army Corps fast-tracked without proper consultation. Both pipelines are owned and funded by the same companies and/or corporations. Both pipelines take away rights of Native Americans. Both pipelines are a threat to water relied on by millions. Both pipelines cause destruction to our wild lands and endangered species. Both pipelines contribute to climate injustice.

With coordinated, massive demonstrations across the country, we’ll make it clear that this powerful movement will not allow the Obama administration or the incoming President to sacrifice Indigenous rights, our water, or our climate - they must reject this pipeline.

This day of action is one of many calls for solidarity actions targeting not only the Army Corps, but stakeholders at every level -- including the banks who are funding Dakota Access and the companies building the project.
