In this training, we will learn the importance of collective action and its connection to collective liberation, the basics of NVDA (nonviolent direct action) theory, creative tactics for shutting things down to open them up, and legal factors to consider, all with a focus on how to use NVDA strategically within a campaign. The training will be highly interactive and participatory.

This is a great opportunity for all those looking to plan meaningful actions or move their campaigns to the next level-- especially for those planning actions for the Global Climate Strike Week of Action Sept 20-28th.
