NY HEAT is the hottest climate action & energy affordability bill in the state! This legislation is practical, popular and necessary. Gas utilities keep raising rates to pay for costly new fracked gas pipes. NY HEAT is the bill we need to start the transition to clean home energy, and we need it now.

Tentative Schedule

• 11:00–11:45 AM – Line the Halls: singing & chanting in the Concourse

• 12:15–1:00 PM – Press conference at the Assembly Chamber Staircase (#15 on this map)

• 1:15–1:45 PM – Lunch on 3rd Floor Terrace, LOB (free food & snacks)

• 1:45–3:15 PM – Small teams visit legislators' offices to sing & deliver materials

• 3:30–4:00 PM – Line up in the LOB to spell out NY HEAT and take an aerial photo

• 4:00 PM – Head to buses & vans

• 4:30 PM – Depart
