NY19 Canvass in Rhinebeck for Delgado

Join Upper West Side MoveOn/Indivisible and other Swing Left volunteers as we go out to talk to voters in NY19 in the town of Rhinebeck to swing the House in the 2018 midterm elections and put a check on the Trump agenda.
We'll be meeting at 10am in the lobby of 240 West 98th Street where we'll learn more about our candidate, Antonio Delgado and train for canvassing. We'll then depart by car/s driving up to Rhinebeck. We'll be returning to NYC by 7pm.
In Rhinebeck we'll be canvassing/ knocking on doors to talk to voters, identify supporters and asking them to commit to vote in November with "pledge to vote" cards. This information will be returned to Delgado's campaign to help him get out the vote in November. If you have never canvassed before, this is an easy way to get started!
If you have a car and can bring it, that would be fantastic. If not, we will be renting cars as well. For those who are not be bringing their own cars we will be chipping in $28 each to cover the cost of car rental and gas.
