This event is NOT hosted by MoveOn but MoveOn members are encouraged to attend to ensure their voices be heard. This Town Hall meeting has been created by individual citizens of Glens Falls, in-person meeting with Rep. Elise Stefanic. Town Hall meetings are a time honored American tradition. They Provide an opportunity for local citizens to share their aspirations. They provide an opportunity for greater understanding and pursuit of common ground. Rep. Elise Stefanic's staff advised Elise declined to attend due to a conflict and she declines to send anyone in her plan. In addition, the staff advises that Rep. Stefanic has no current plans to hold any town hall meetings as she prefers to meet with small constituent groups.
