Join us for an action on BlackRock to demand divestment from fossil fuels. We will be dancing, singing, chanting and also doing Jewish Rituals. We will start at Chelsea Memorial Park, W 28th St and 9th Ave and march to BlackRock HQ at 50 Hudson Yards. Please get there around 8:30am and we will be starting soon after.
This protest is a part of a series of local actions over the past few months as part of JYCM’s Alim (leaves) 2023 Campaign, with protests and advocacy events scheduled in Los Angeles, NJ, Boston, DC, the Bay Area, and our own protest in NYC. Our JYCM teen activists have been involved in planning for art/visuals, accessibility, press, social media, songs and chants, recruitment, and coalition partnerships. We hope you join our fight!!!
