Governor Hochul has slow-rolled imperative climate progress by failing to release regulations for the state's cap and invest program. As a result, she's held back millions from communities that need climate justice and resiliency funding now.

Show up to a regulatory hearings this June to let the Governor know NYers demand she "Release the Regs!" We will be holding a rally in Syracuse, Albany, and NYC before the hearings to show up and make sure all of our voices are heard. There will also be opportunity to provide testimony at the hearings. If you would like to testify, we will prepare you at one of our 'How to Testify' Workshops hosted by member organizations across the state.

This regional hearing for New York City will be held in-person at 47-70 21st Street in Long Island City, Queens NY on June 12th at 1 pm.

Run of show:

11:45 am - Arrival time; All gather outside the hearing building for a rally

12 pm - Speakers go on and discuss Cap-and-Invest

1 pm - Hearing and testimonies begin
