1, 2, OR 3 DAY WEEKEND CANVASS - CD 21, HANFORD AREA

OCTOBER 11-13

      YES WE DID!

We helped get TJ elected to Congress with our extensive weekend canvass program in 2018.

With the all-important California primary coming up in just 7 months, March 3, 2020, IT’S NOT EARLY to get going to make sure TJ is re-elected, and make sure the House stays in Democratic control for the new Democratic president to begin fixing this mess.

If you joined us in the 2018 canvass weekends you know that these canvasses are efficient, effective in engaging voters, and fun because you get to talk directly to voters and spend the weekend with like-minded volunteers who are doing something to get us out of the mess we are in.

Taken together these canvasses do it all: registering new voters, re-registering inactive voters, engaging voters and thanking those who supported us last time, educating voters about the issues and TJ’s record, re-energizing supporters and finding new supporters and volunteers.

·         We will canvass in the Hanford area (specific location to be announced).

·         Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday morning. You can also arrange to canvass with us on Saturday only, or Saturday and Sunday.

·         We will gather at a local restaurant for dinners together for those who wish to take part.

·         Carpooling may be available; see link in detailed instructions.

·         There is limited free or very inexpensive housing in the homes of TJ’s supporters. Hotels are also available and not expensive if rooms are shared. (See detailed instructions for event.)
