US-RUSSIA FORUM 2021
More and more people in the know warn that in these dangerous times the resumption of U.S.-Russia dialogue it essential to prevent a worse case scenario. In the absence of such dialogue on the government level it is important at least to have it among foreign policy experts, scholars, and all those who are concerned about the current situation.
Young people, university and college students might consider their participation as taking a foreign policy course online. Those who regularly attend and do the home work which is writing assigned essays will receive certificates from the American University in Moscow and International Center for Public Diplomacy.
