From union campaigns to electoral work, the one-on-one organizing conversation is among the most powerful tools that activists have. It's how we connect new organizers with projects, learn their strengths and goals, and develop leaders within the movement.

At this workshop, we will be discussing how to have a one on one organizing conversation with a long-time, new, or soon-to-be comrade. We'll talk about specific strategies for having a one on one conversation, helping people feel comfortable talking about their experiences and interests, and coming up with concrete ways to get them engaged.
