Park City Engagement Matters: Connecting With Your State Legislators

Start: Thursday, September 12, 2019 6:00 PM

How can you get engaged in the issues and communicate with your state legislators?

We are fortunate in Utah to have state legislators who are accessible and available to constituents. But who are they, what do they care about, and how can YOU interact with them to have a voice in the issues that impact your life, family, business, school and community? Join Action Utah for a unique opportunity to:

  • Meet our area’s 5 state legislators and learn about their priorities

  • Learn how to get your voice heard on state policy issues that matter to you

  • Find out what policies our legislators are working on for our community, such as: tax reform, healthcare, firearm safety, vaping and more

  • Get insider tips on community advocacy from your elected officials

Featuring: Sen. Allen Christensen (R-N. Ogden), Sen. Ron Winterton (R-Roosevelt), Rep. Brian King (D-SLC), Rep. Tim Quinn (R-Heber), Rep. Logan Wilde (R-Croydon)

Details: This event will take place in the Community Room (3rd floor) of the Park City Library. Please park across the street from the library at the Skate Park.
