On November 7, students and education workers will take action and disrupt business as usual to demand an education system that works for us: where everyone is safe on campus, where college is free for all, where workers have a fair wage and a union.

We’re holding a Teach-In from **4-6pm** (time and location to be confirmed); join us to learn about the threats to higher education and the public school system posed by the ‘Compact’, Project 2025, and Executive Orders that are trying to erase decades of racial and LGBTQ justice. Our goal is to arm ourselves with knowledge against the Administration’s authoritarian tactics, learn from each others’ experiences, and stand up for our right to education!

This Teach-In is for anyone in the Pasadena schools/university community who wants to stay informed and take action: students, teachers, researchers, parents, and everyone in between. No prior knowledge necessary: just a desire to connect and learn!

We're taking action the first Friday of every month leading up to a mass student strike on May 1, 2026. When students join workers to disrupt business as usual, we can win a world that works for us — not fascists and billionaires.
