Mindfulness for Environmental and Social Response
- Community Conversations Support Group -
With Community Conversations, receive guidance individualized for your particular challenges.
"Your personal work is a catalyst for social, environmental, and structural evolution."
WHAT: A facilitated monthly support group for navigating the inner, outer, relational, and systemic speed-bumps that we face when taking climate action. Community Conversations include psychotherapeutic skill-building, movement & mindfulness practices, and developmentally-oriented perspectives to mature our environmental & social response-ability.
WHY: How does your inner critic affect your social & environmental response? How does early childhood conditioning affect ability to respond wisely, with attunement? How can your relationship with stress affect the choices you make, especially the choices that support deviate from your values?
HOW: This Community Conversations series is an Integral-structured support group which includes facilitation as well as peer-to-peer conversation. An opportunity to share and embody wisdom within a support group community, meets are designed to cultivate skillful leadership, connection, and autonomy for all participants.
