In light of the present crisis situation at Standing Rock and in Public Protest against the directive given by the US Army Corps of Engineers to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe to vacate the Oceti Sakowin Camp of Water Protectors at the #NoDAPL Civil Resistance Action by December 5 at the site of the Dakota Access Pipeline drill site on the banks of the Missouri River at Lake Oahe, the Continental Commission Abya Yala calls upon all friends, allies and the concerned public to DEMAND that President Obama and the US Army Corps of Engineers STAND DOWN from any further police and military actions at Standing Rock and that President Obama simply DENY THE PERMIT for Dakota Access Pipeline to violate the Missouri River watershed by illegally and without due process commit the blatant crime of TERRACIDE in complicity and collusion with private corporate and public governmental agencies.

This week of Action of Solidarity with Standing Rock and Public Protest against the US Army Corps of Engineers will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM - Monday November 28 -Friday December 2, 2016 in Prayerful, Respectful, and Purposeful protocols as guided by the Continental Commission Abya Yala who will return to Standing Rock on December 4th with an team of International Indigenous Human Rights Observers.
