Tesla is being taken to court by the California DMV for years of deceptive advertising about the capabilities and safety of their self-driving systems, Autopilot and Full-Self Driving. The charge is so serious that Tesla could potentially lose their license to sell and manufacture vehicles in California. But so far, this case has flown under the radar, and hasn't been covered in local or national media at all.

We will stage a rally during the first day of the court case. This will generate headlines and help make people around the country aware of the dangers of Tesla self-driving systems. We also will put public pressure on the court to deliver a necessary punishment to Tesla for the lives lost and damage done in their reckless pursuit of sales and profit.

We will meet in front of the Elihu M. Harris State Building. If available, please come at 8am to help set up! The hearing begins at 9am and we want to be ready for it.
