We're kicking off our people-powered field operation to remake the Brooklyn Democratic Party on Saturday, January 25, at 11:00 am at my home in Gowanus (256 3rd Avenue, Apt 2R, Brooklyn, NY 11215).

I'm running for District Leader because District Leaders make up the Democratic Party in New York State - and the New York State Democratic Party needs real, fundamental change. But we're up against other campaigns and entrenched interests. So we're gonna do change like it's always done - one door, one dollar and one voter at a time, and I need you there.

We’ll be knocking doors in the neighborhood all day, and then enjoying some drinks at Canal Bar, right down the block at 270 3rd Ave, to celebrate our efforts and share stories. We'll also be auctioning off STEIN MUGS!! Don't worry if you've never canvassed before, as everyone will be trained and paired with someone else.

I'm so fortunate to have been involved with movements for justice and progress over the last decade, whether insurgent campaigns against the political establishment or grassroots advocacy fighting climate change and the displacement of our neighbors. Together, we'll bring that same energy to remaking the Democratic Party from the ground up.
