We did it! We have gathered enough signatures from Burien voters to send a minimum wage increase to the ballot in February.

The next step is the Burien City Council is required to take the formal step of sending it to the ballot (don't panic, they can't mess with it). We will be gathering across the street from City Hall for a fun happy hour, with an opportunity to take a quick break and share public comment about why Burien workers deserve a raise.
