The Oxnard School District plans to layoff every Campus Assistant in the school district on December 14th, 2018, just in time for the holidays and just before Campus Assistants would gain new rights and job protections under recent changes to California law. Join the California School Employees Association (CSEA) Chapter 272 and our community allies as we rally for respect and say NO to holiday layoffs.

The layoffs serve no purpose except to avoid granting current Campus Assistants the job protections and rights they won in September and will finally see on January 1st. Tell the Oxnard School District Board of Trustees to stop only listening to their consultants and administrators and start listening to their constituents.
