The rally will start promptly at 9:30 am and will end around 10:00 am. We will then march for 10-15 minutes to the PSC and a select group of people will hand-deliver the petition signatures.

We recommend taking public transit. Metro Center and Federal Triangle are the closest metro stops. If you are driving, the closest garage is located at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center located at 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004.
