The effort to dismantle the Affordable Care Act put many Virginians at risk of not receiving adequate healthcare for themselves and their families. With the plan to dismantle put on hold, Virginia now has the opportunity to expand Medicaid to as many as 400,000 people and to create nearly 33,000 new jobs in the healthcare sector.
