Trump is on his way out, thanks to the votes of Black Women, API, Latinx, Indigenous communities and the organizing work of grass roots community groups across the country. Biden won because working class and young people across the country delivered, despite the Democratic Party constantly failing to deliver for us.

So what’s next? It’s up to us! We know grassroots movements have been the leaders of change throughout the history of our country. And our movements will continue to lead us toward government where every vote is counted, every person is counted and we have what we need to survive and thrive

The change we need is far greater than the bandaid promised by Biden and Harris. We need structural change that recognizes systemic oppression and destroys it. But what exactly is structural change and how do we organize for it? Mich Lovegood, Organizing Director at PASU and co-director of the national project Political Healers will be joining us at our Citywide meeting to guide us all through a deep look at our vision for change and what we can do to achieve it.

We'll also hear from newly elected and re-elected movement candidates and leaders from our Mass Liberation Taskforce, Housing Justice Taskforce and White Anti Racism Caucus about work they're continuing.
