We organized, and we won!!

Renters across the county, including Blairs tenants, pressured our County Council to cap the rent at a max of 6%.

This win only happened because we came together and fought for tenant rights, and is a huge victory! Please join organizers who live at the Blairs and other Blairs/Downtown Silver Spring tenants to celebrate!

We will have a picnic and party outside the Blairs at Sonny's Green (the park outside the Pearl) share about our new rights under this bill!
